HP's Home Of The Future
from the cooltown? dept
Here's a BBC article looking at HP's "CoolTown" center showcasing the "home of the future". It's your typical super-connected house with everything somehow connected to the web, and a nice friendly voice talking your through everything that's going on as the modern version of Hal takes over your house. I can understand, to some extent, why they build such centers, but shouldn't HP be more worried about keeping their own current house standing for the future before they're building these display centers?
