Ah, it's fun to watch naive people raise money. Here's an article pointing out that once you raise venture capital, the venture capitalists often control the company. Well, duh. Come on, if you don't know this going in, you shouldn't be raising money from venture capitalists. If you do raise money and then they kick you out and it's a surprise - you got what you deserved for not doing your research.
