The Dot Coms Who Stuck With The Super Bowl

Wasn't there a joke about dot coms spending their entire marketing budget on the Super Bowl? Well, it seems that three dot coms are sticking by their Super Bowl advertising strategy. Monster.com, HotJobs, and E*Trade (the only three "dot coms" who advertised during last year's Super Bowl) are all back again this year with pricey ads. They all say the ads work very well for them - but mostly because they follow it up with a solid marketing strategy beyond just Super Bowl ads.
