KaZaa Sells Site, Software

As had been rumored all morning, KaZaa has sold their software and website to an Australian company, including a license to the FastTrack network. I wonder if the lawsuits will continue to chase them around the world. When Australian courts get angry at the new company, they can just sell everything to someone in some other country.
