Koreans Addicted To The Internet

Korea has one of the highest broadband adoption rates in the world. However, this may be leading them into a state of internet addiction. A study (I'd like to see the methodology) is suddenly claiming that 1/3 of South Koreans are addicted to the internet. This sounds like the typical "backlash" study done by someone who really doesn't know what they're talking about.
