The New Tech Bubble?

There has been a lot of optimism in the tech sector in the past month and a half or so. Some tech stocks have been jumping up on all of this, but some wonder if this is just a new bubble. Is it too early for stocks to be bouncing back? Obviously, some tech companies are still in trouble, and others have stock prices well above what they should be at... but overall, I think it's healthy that investors are at least looking for bargains, even if they're not necessarily finding them.
