Internet Legal Issues, A Quick Review

Time for the end-of-year wrapups/2002 predictions to start showing up everywhere. Here's a look at some of the more important technology legal issues that made the news in 2001. It includes, of course, Microsoft, the DMCA (look, it's everywhere!), Dmitry, Napster and some other random lawsuits that we all know about and (for the most part) hate. The prediction, not surprisingly, is that we should expect more of the same in 2002, and don't count on any changes to the DMCA.
