Telecom Deals In The Works

Lots of telecom deals are being hashed out, apparently. First, the rumor is that Cable & Wireless is getting set to buy the bankrupt assets of Exodus and will keep the internet turned on (phew!). Then, AT&T Broadband is expecting a whole bunch of offers on Monday from everyone who wants a piece of them including Cox, Comcast, AOL and (of course) Microsoft. Of course, exactly what happens with the Excite@Home bid could influence what happens to AT&T Broadband.
