Just last week we were talking about the troubles that 12 Entrepreneuring was facing, though the report said most of them had been "worked out". Apparently, "worked out" means "shut down". The story is that 12, the massively overhyped, overvalued incubator started by CNET founder Halsey Minor and Viant & Scient founder Eric Greenberg (who bailed out much earlier) is shutting down.
