Are You Crazy To Invest In Wireless?
from the crazy-like-a-fox dept
With all the failed wireless companies piling up in the "new economy" graveyard, does it still make sense to invest in wireless companies? Sure it does. Just because a few companies have failed (and thrown away many many millions of dollars) doesn't mean that there aren't useful applications that will be built on the backs of those failed attempts. There are obviously plenty of challenges, but that also means many opportunities. What's important, though, is that the companies don't get caught up in standards battles and buzzword compliance - but instead focus on building something useful that meets real needs.
