The clever kids across the bay at Berkeley have successfully flown the world's smallest flapping-wing machine. The nano-gnat has a 3 centimeter wingspan, and flew 30 centimeters on its one wing. Possible applications include battlefield spying, weather sensors, or air duct inspectors.. what could be next? a robo-spider to eat the robo-flies?
