Broadband Revolution?

Will broadband drive the tech sector (as some have suggested)? Or will the tech sector drive broadband adoption? Ah, it's all so catch-22-ish. Right now, the one thing that's clear is that broadband adoption rates are dropping. Sure, people are signing up, but at a much slower rate than before. Perhaps that's because almost all of the broadband providers out there suck and/or are going out of business. However, all the companies (especially entertainment companies) that are expecting to offer services that require broadband access may need to scale back their plans.
