Buy Now, Pay Later
from the credit.--everyone's-doing-it dept
The country has been telling everyone that we should spend more money, and so it seems that lots of different companies are figuring out ways to help us do that. They're discovering the wonders of credit, as consumers will now find going into debt easier than ever. First, the computer makers started offering credit deals. Dell, Compaq, and IBM will now let you buy computers on credit. Soon after that was announced, Amazon decided if it works for computers, why not for books? You can now buy stuff on Amazon with credit and pay later. It's getting easier and easier to just say "put stuff on my tab". How long until Micrsoft adds a .Net service that is just "your tab".
