Fashion For The Digerati?
from the I-certainly-hope-not dept
Am I the only one who thinks this sounds like a horrible fashion idea? Some folks in the UK are experimenting with a prototype of something called origami fashion. The idea is that you get a pack with some funky fabric that is supposed to look digital (it has computer chip patterns on it) and inside the package are instructions on how to fold the fabric. When you're done you have a bag (including a spot to hold an MP3 player) or perhaps a piece of clothing. Yes, it's fold-your-own clothing and accessories. It certainly has all the makings of a fad that lasts for a month or two and then is laughed about for decades. Whatever happened to those awful shirts that changed colors when you touched them?
