Women Hackers

It seems that more women are joining the ranks of hackers. This is, of course, a very good thing (and part of the reason why we keep GeekGirlServices.com running). There are different theories about how female hackers are more compassionate, or more likely to do good things with their hacking skills - but some people disagree with that. I'm sure that, just like with guy hackers, there are many different types of women hackers, and many different reasons why they do it. Dumping them all into the category of "women hackers" and assuming there's some sort of common bond is probably pointless.
