Disney Gearing Up (With Microsoft Money) To Fight AOL For AT&T Broadband

Microsoft had said they would support Disney in a fight against AOL-Time Warner over AT&T Broadband, and now it looks like that's the fight we'll have. Disney is making noises about how bad it would be if AOL bought AT&T Broadband, and are threatening to do something about it. Luckily, Microsoft is there to supply lots and lots of cash. I wonder how much cash is going to get wasted in this fight.
