The Overworked Workplace
from the keep-on-workin' dept
An article suggesting that our current work environment encourages employees to overwork which leads to employee resentment and anger. Of course, I'm guessing this guy didn't read our post about how anger is good for the workplace. I think that employers need to be a lot clearer with their employees about what's expected of them, and encouraging them to take time away from work. I know too many people who feel that they simply have to be working all of the time.
