EA Finally Launches Majestic
from the how-long-until-the-lawsuit dept
Back in January we mentioned EA's plans for their real version of that movie The Game called "Majestic". They're finally launching Majestic today, though it doesn't sound as "immersive" as it was originally pitched. There are some interesting quotes from people who have been testing it, suggesting that it's tough to suspend your disbelief enough to get really involved in the game. However, if it goes well, apparently expect hundreds of copy cat games. I'm still waiting for the first person to lose track of the difference between reality and the game, and the resulting lawsuit.
