English Lesson For Metallica
from the share-vs.-sell dept
The Register has taken some time to try to teach some basic English to Metallica. The band that was the most anti-Napster of them all says on their website that they look forward to continuing to share music with their fans. The Register figures out (it wasn't that hard, I'm sure) that Metallica is actually redefining "share" to mean "you pay us money, we give you someting in return". However, according to the Register's dictionary, this definition really goes along with the word "selling".
