How The Baby Bells Destroyed DSL ISPs

A very interesting look at how the baby bell phone companies effectively destroyed competition from small ISPs to offer DSL lines. They put in a combination of ridiculous and unjustified charges, horrible service, and just plain incompetence that has caused all sorts of problems for any company that ever thought of offering their own DSL service.
