An article that looks at how many scientists are bordering on being cranks with far fetched and bizarre ideas. Most of the article, though, goes to discussing things that are going on in science today and suggesting that there's so much that's not understood anyway, sometimes it's good to have the absolutely bizarre element added in. The trick, though, is being able to test various theories to see which are the really ridiculous (are George W. Bush and Al Gore really alien lizards?) and which are possibly plausible.
