What's hot in consumer electronics? Cheap, cool devices like digital cameras and mp3 players. What's not? Anything bigger and more expensive. PCs, laptops, camcorders, cell phones, DVD players. That's what the studies are saying, anyway. It seems that there's still a market for cheap and cool, even when the economy isn't so great. However, if things keep getting worse, even cheap and cool might go away.
