This one sounds a bit spooky. Here's an article about some monitoring software that checks up on employees' activities and then gives them points which can be used for rewards when they act appropriately. Yes, this is basically Pavlovian software where the employees are the dogs. I wonder if the software has little bells that ding each time you get a point.
