Ignoring the whole lawsuit mess, the Standard has an article predicting that the release of Windows XP may jumpstart the economy. They suggest that businesses will start buying new computers to work with Windows XP, and this will jumpstart the PC market, which in turn will help semiconductor companies and others in the peripherals market.
