Keep The CEO, Ditch The Business Model

A new study suggests that struggling tech firms shouldn't move so quickly to dump their CEOs as a public sacrifice. Instead they could be better served by looking for a new business model. Of course, this makes a lot of sense, but Wall Street seems to like making heads roll, so I doubt it's going to change too much. Of course there are also times when getting rid of your CEO can be quite expensive. Just ask Webvan.
