NASA is working on recognizing muscle patterns for a computer interface. While this is nothing really new, it's interesting that NASA would want to try this technology with astronauts. Astronauts need fairly reliable systems, so by the time astronauts are twitching back to mission control, I expect Dennis Tito's space visits to be a routine weekend getaway.
