Intel Paying People To Reverse Hire Them

There have been all sorts of random different words for layoffs (see the latest poll), but now Intel is reverse hiring people. Managers have been told to call up all the folks (mostly college students who are about to graduate) they've offered jobs to who haven't started, and offer them a two month salary bonus not to take the job. I wish someone would reverse hire me... It seems like a great way to make a living.
