Listen.com, who the major labels all have an investment in has started playing around with direct links to Napster. Their point is that they can interface with just about any music system, which promotes their own abilities. However, it certainly could piss off the still clueless music labels into thinking that their poster child of "legal music" has been hanging out with the wrong crowd.
