Job Cuts Not Necessary To Save Tech Companies

A new report from Gartner is suggesting that tech companies should look elsewhere to save money rather than going to the obvious "layoff" plan. Layoffs tend to be great short term ways to stop the loss of cash flow, but hurt more long term. There are plenty of other ways to save money according to the report. Of course, if the company is going out of business anyway, they might as well get the process going by kicking everyone out the door.
