Tech Funds Not Doing So Hot

In the first quarter, out of 176 technology mutual funds, only two went up and one of those was a short fund. What I want to know is how the hell the other fund went up (admittedly it only went up 1.4%). While they talk a lot about the short fund, it's not clear what the Kinetics fund invested in to actually post a gain last quarter.
