Rhythms Might Go Out Of Business Too
from the and-then-there-was-one dept
I've been detailing my own personal horror story concerning my NorthPoint DSL line. My ISP is working to get me switched over to Rhythms for a new DSL line. So what's the first story I see today? Rhythms is putting themselves up for sale as they're about to be delisted and are running out of cash. So, chances are that after a month or so or no DSL, I'm going to get my new Rhythms connection just in time for them to pull the plug. That should be about the same time Metricom goes out of business taking my ricochet modem with them. This is quite a broadband revolution we're having.
