Another Joke Email Causing Problems In UK Law Firm

What is it with these law firms in the UK? First there was the infamous "Claire Swire" email from a few months back, and now a bunch of lawyers are in trouble for sending out an email falsely stating that a firm's employee had been murdered. Many people (including the so-called "murdered" employee) were fairly upset by this. And, of course, like any email, it got passed along further and further.
