Pissing Off Online Customers Comes Back To Haunt Brick-And-Mortar Stores
from the be-careful dept
A new study shows that customers who are pissed off by a company's online presence are less likely to do business with the brick-and-mortar version of the same company. This seems totally and completely obvious to me, and yet many retail businesses don't realize it - especially if their online side is a seperate division. Companies don't seem to realize that consumers don't care about which division a problem comes from - they just want good service.
