Now that all the B2C e-commerce shops are shutting down, people are finally starting to buy online. There are some details in the report, but what it comes down to is that shoppers still don't believe the hype. They will buy online if it makes sense, but no one thinks that online shopping will destroy brick-and-mortar shopping any more.
