Will BitBop Be Allowed To Live?

It seems trendy these days to figure out what the next Napster is going to be. The latest challenger appears to be AudioMill's BitBop. It's not a Napster clone, but rather an application that searches streaming radio stations to find the music that you want to hear - and has recording functionality. It's mainly this recording feature that brings up all sorts of legal questions - especially when compared to Streambox, the internet radio VCR sued out of existence.
