How To Overpay Executives In Failed Companies
from the watch-and-learn dept
You wonder how come eMachines is in trouble? Perhaps they shouldn't be paying $1.6 million in severance to a pushed out CEO and nearly $3 million to the sucker they brought in to replace him. The last guy drove the company into the ground and gets $1.6 million as a thank you. Where can I get a gig like that? And, the new guy hasn't done a damn thing and will make a ton for it. At the very least they should have tied his pay to performance somehow.
