Think the dot com downturn has stopped entrepreneurs from dreaming up crazy ideas and trying to turn them into billion dollar businesses? Think again. There are still plenty of people coming up with ideas - some more silly than others. However, finding money for them has become increasingly difficult. Some of the companies are scaling back plans and trying to get by bootstrapping, instead of venture capital.
