Disc Based Camcorders Coming

Despite the relative popularity of digital video cameras, they still work on a tape based system. That's why it's good to see that disc-based digital video cameras are on the way. It sounds like, as with most things, the early versions of this won't be so great as some very basic features are missing. However, it shouldn't take long for those oversights to be corrected by other manufacturers.
