Barnes & Noble Can Use 1-Click Ordering... For Now
from the stupid-patent-tricks dept
The injunction barring Barnesandnoble.com from using their own "1 Click" ordering system (due to Amazon's silly patent) has been overturned. This means, at least for now, bn.com can use the one click ordering while they wait for the trial. Hopefully this is a sign that the court will realize that this patent is ridiculous.
