Paper Batteries
from the e-packages dept
An Israeli company has created paper-thin batteries that can be printed on packages. This seems pretty cool - except that most of the uses discussed appear to be for marketing things. Yes, soon expect consumer products to blink and flash and sing at you. You would think someone could come up with a better use for something like this. It's not clear from the article how strong the battery is or how long it will last. If it's actually pretty powerful then there could be a ton of potential uses for it.
