D-day for Napster

Following up the July ruling against Napster by Judge Marilyn Hall Patel, her collegues at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have announced they are going to release their ruling on Monday at 11AM PST.

The decision could mean the end of Napster or it could be a tremendous blow the music industry. Regardless of how things play out, the digital music space will be very different after Monday.
