American Express Testing Free ISP

Since everyone seemed pretty damn sure that the whole free ISP thing is quite dead, it's a bit of a surprise to see that American Express is testing a free ISP. I guess it's a little limited, since in order to use it you need to be an American Express card holder. Of course, it's not clear why American Express is doing this or exactly what benefit they'll get out of it. I guess they're hoping that it'll get more people to shop via their site (using an AmEx card).
