Optimistic About Online Shopping

I'm sure many people don't believe this, but a new study suggests that we're only in the "second inning" of online shopping. The study suggests that people are becoming more comfortable with buying goods online, and it should become part of the natural shopping process. This is a good sign for businesses that have an online shopping component, but it still doesn't mean that internet-only retailers have much of a chance of staying in business right now.
