Joel Klein To Lead Bertelsmann's US Operations
from the odd-choices dept
Joel Klein, who became famous for being the assistant Attorney General who chose to file suite against Microsoft, has now been named the CEO of Bertelsmann's US operations. That seems like quite a big challenge - especially considering he doesn't have much in the way of actual business operations experience. He's been an attorney all of his life. He seems like a very smart guy, but it's tough to jump into the CEO role of a very large company with lots of difficult decisions to make, when you don't have much experience in that area.
