Suing Ted Nugent Over eBay Deal

A couple is suing Ted Nugent for backing out of a deal made on eBay. Apparently the couple bid for front row seats at a Nugent concert, unrestricted backstage passes, and dinner with the man himself. Instead (for the $1,535 they spent) they got 30th row seats, limited stage passes, and Nugent just said hello to them instead of dining with them.
