Women Lack Confidence And Men Lie About CS Skills

A new study says that women tend to lack confidence in their computer skills while men tend to overpromote them. Is this a surprise? What is a little surprising is that the gap between perception of skills has been growing. This is the same study that's been done for 15 years, and this year showed the widest gap.
