Bush Needs A Better Webmaster

Does someone want to explain the concept of a "staging server" to the folks running the new Bush website? Apparently, following the Presidential turnover, the new Whitehouse website was a disaster. Plenty of 404s, and a wonderful message to "Insert Something Meaningful Here."
