NetZero Accuses AT&T Of Patent Infringement
from the oh-man,-they're-desperate dept
NetZero is getting more and more desperate. First the so-called "Defenders of the free world" decided that free was a bad idea, so they started charging. Then their lawyers got busy. First they sued Juno for having a pop-up ad box, and now they're suing AT&T for patent infringement for having a pop up box that displays ads. Apparently, NetZero is really just the "Defender of weak patents".
