More Trouble For Rude SMS Users
from the be-careful-what-you-type dept
A few months back we posted a story of a man getting fined for sending rude SMS messages to a man he says broke up his marriage. Now, some folks went to court over some more rude SMS messages between an electrician and the guy whose home he was supposed to be working on. They went to the police who charged them both under some weird UK law about "Malicious Communications". The court, however, threw out the case for being silly.
