Everyone Cutting Back On Online Advertising

Lots of people have been suggesting that with all the failing dot coms, there will be fewer companies out there willing to spend money on online advertising - causing companies that rely on that money to struggle as well. This certainly won't be good news, then. It turns out that even companies other than cash poor dot coms are decreasing their online ad expenditures. They've discovered that, for the most part, the ads don't really add much value. Of course, people were saying the exact same thing two years ago also. How quickly we forget.
